Edwin loves food and will gladly eat mayonnaise straight out of the jar. He is sort of an oddball, and loves talking about his favorite foods, specifically mayonnaise. Throughout the MySims series, Edwin serves as a potential resident and a minigame host.

Edwin has pale skin, a black crewcut, brown vertical oval eyes, thick, rounded black eyebrows, and a wide, toothy smile. He wears a yellow vacation shirt with blue flowers, a small shell bracelet bracelet, khaki shorts, and black flip flops.
Trivia
- Edwin has Chaz McFreely's voice in MySims, while he has Buddy's voice in MySims Party (Wii).
- If the player sends Trevor on Makoto's second dispatch mission, Prom Date, he mentions he has a good prom outfit that got ruined during a scene in "Edwin and the Mayonnaise Factory", a reference to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
- There is an image that shows Edwin in early MySims Racing character selection screens, but he does not appear in the final game. It is possible that he was either meant to be in the game as a rival racer, or the developers just used his image as a placeholder during the design of the game's user interface.

Although Edwin does not appear in MySims Kingdom, male wandoliers can look almost exactly like him after completing Poppy's "Quest For Flowers". The mouth style that Edwin and Buddy use in not available for players.
