Tuffy is one of Roxie Road's cows living on Cowboy Junction, along with Annabelle and Clarabelle.

According to Roxie, Tuffy is "a rascal". One of Roxie's first tasks she gives the Royal Wandolier is to complete a scroll to build a pen for her cows. After building the cow pen, Roxie asks the Wandolier to find and herd the three cows. Tuffy can be found right near the river and fishing spot. Sometimes, when the Royal Wandolier leaves and returns to Cowboy Junction, or changes their outfit, the cows will go free if there is still an opening in the pen, causing the Wandolier to go after them again. The cows can be found roaming different areas around the island, depending on how long the Wandolier waits to herd them back. However, if the whole pen is fenced off and there are no openings, the cows will stay, but change spots instead. The Royal Wandolier can either pet the cows or feed them grass whenever they return to the pasture.

• Tuffy is the only animal in MySims Kingdom (Console) to have their own figurine.
• Tuffy is the fastest of Roxie's cows.
• Tuffy's name is a pun off of the word "toughie".
• Some cows that closely resemble Annabelle, Clarabelle, and Tuffy appear in all of Tony Trujillo's MySims Agents concept artwork.
